Kendall serves as the Executive Director at Auberge at The Woodlands, where he is dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care for individuals living with memory loss. His passion for senior living and memory care is deeply rooted in personal experience. Watching his own grandfather live with dementia gave him a firsthand understanding of the emotional challenges families faces. That experience inspired him to pursue a career focused on supporting residents with dignity, patience, and respect.
As a leader, he is committed to creating a warm and supportive environment where residents feel safe, valued, and engaged every day. He believes that exceptional memory care is built on empathy, strong relationships, and meaningful moments of connection. Under his leadership, the community prioritizes both resident well-being and family support. His goal is to ensure that every resident receives compassionate care while maintaining a sense of purpose and belonging.
